Q: Does the apartment supply bed linen (sheets, duvet, pillows etc)?
A: No, bed linen is not provided.


Q: How many people does each apartment sleep?
A: Please see the apartment below for the number of people they sleep.

  • Cork Street – 8 people

  • South William Street – 18 people.


Q: Is car parking available?
A: No, car parking in not available.

 


Q: Do your apartments have high speed / broadband internet?
A: Each apartment has internet access. It is either broadband or wireless.

 




Q: Is there a minimum length of stay?
A: The minimum stay is 2 weeks, although please contact us if your reservations are less as we maybe able to accommodate.

 




Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: You can send us an enquiry via our online form, click here to fill out.
     You can also call us on +353 1 475 4144 to discuss your reservations and secure your Booking  with your credit card.




Q:  Is a deposit required?
A: Yes a deposit is required. You pay the equivalent to one weeks rent as your deposit.    
     This is refundable upon vacating the property. Term & Conditions apply.




Q: When do you require payment?
A: Payment is accepted in CASH IN FULL at the Short Stay Dublin office at the BEGINNING of the
     stay. Credit cards are also accepted.


Q: What payment forms do you accept?
A: Cash, Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Laser)

 




Q: Is a credit card required?
A: A credit card is required for bookings taken over the phone or booking via the internet.
     Booking made in our office can be made using cash, Debit Card or Credit Card.

 


Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: If the customer does not wish to stay, and does not cancel the booking in advance, the equivalent charge of one weeks rent will be charged to the credit card information they provided to secure the accommodation.
Customers must cancel booking SEVEN DAYS prior to booking start date. Customers whom cancel less then SEVEN DAYS prior or are a no show for booked accommodation WILL have the equivalent charge of one weeks rent charged to the credit card information they provided to secure the accommodation.
If there is a group booking made where the value of the first weeks stay is over the amount of €1000, a SECURITY DEPOSIT will be needed instead of just credit card details.

 


Q: How do I check in?
A: To check in you need to come to the office located @ 9a Aungier Street, Dublin 2. When you arrive at the airport, you can take the bus 16A from outside the arrives hall.

 




Q: What is the check in/out time?
A: Check in time is 2pm & Checkout time is 12pm.

 




Q: What is the check-in arrangement for arrivals that occur outside of office hours?
A: If you arrive outside business hours (Mon –Fri 9am -5pm & Sat 11am – 4pm) then you will required to check in and collect keys at Camden Place Hostel, 9 Camden Place Dublin 2.
Note: If you are arriving outside business hours you must make us aware of this, to organise the hostel check in.

Directions to Camden Place Hostel from the Airport:
The cheapest way to The Camden Place Hostel is on the 16A bus from the airport. It will drop you a short walk from the hostel on Camden Street.
Camden Place is a left hand turn off Camden Street, between O’Sullivans art store (14/15 Camden St, Dublin 2) and a Ladbrokes betting shop (16 Camden Street, Dublin 2).
€2.00 fare and you will need exact change as no change is not given on Dublin buses. Journey time approximately 50 minutes.
The express Aircoach bus provides a 24-hour coach service between Dublin Airport and Dublin city.  The Aircoach bus stop is directly outside the arrival exit and you can buy a ticket directly from a representative at the airport arrivals stop or from the driver when boarding the Aircoach.
This will drop you off at Trinity College a fifteen-minute walk from the hostel. From Trinity walk down Dame Street and take a left on South Great Georges Street. Aungier Street is the continuation of Georges street, and Camden is a continuation from Aungier Street.
Camden Place is a left hand turn off Camden Street, between O’Sullivans art store (14/15 Camden St, Dublin 2) and a Ladbrokes betting shop (16 Camden Street, Dublin 2).
